The Labor-Management Culture Award is the most prestigious award in the field of labor-management relations. 33 out of 159 companies selected as excellent labor-management culture companies applied for the last three years (2016-2018). A total of 9 sites were finally selected after due diligence and case presentations. SL received good reviews for its various efforts to create a good workplace through cooperation between labor and management as a labor-management dispute-free workplace in 1964.
